Eligibility for Refunds
Physical products purchased directly from HITSZAR are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, software, e-books, online courses, gift cards, and subscriptions are non-refundable.
Any attempt to claim a refund on digital content will be denied.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@hitszar.com within 30 days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
A restocking fee of 2% may apply.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In cases of Approved returns involving error or defect we will provide a return or replacement when available.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
